I lived in Japan for two years working as an Assistant Language Teacher
on the JET Programme. It was a wonderful experience not without it's
challenges. Living in a country for the first time with such a
different culture and language from Canada was both exciting and at times
intimidating. Find out how mountains were climbed, countryside was
